Shipping to Italy:

Delivery Time: Deliveries in Italy are generally within 24/72 working hours, depending on the destination area.
Fresh Produce Shipping: To ensure maximum freshness, fresh produce is shipped on Mondays so that it reaches your table as quickly as possible.


Shipping to Europe:

Delivery Time: For shipments within Europe, delivery times range from 48 to 96 business hours, depending on the destination area.
Fresh Products: Even for international shipments, fresh products are sent on Mondays to preserve their quality and freshness during transportation.
We assure you that our packages are carefully cared for to ensure the integrity of the products during the journey. We use special packaging methods to protect food products and keep their organoleptic characteristics intact.

Delivery times given are approximate and depend on transportation conditions and local restrictions. We will do our best to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal and returns policy

Please kindly read the following information carefully before using our site:
Under Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumers have the right to withdraw from any distance contract within 14 days, without penalty and without specifying a reason. The postmark date will be taken as the reference for determining compliance with this deadline.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by sending a notification to the e-mail address specified during the purchase process.

 

Return Conditions:


In order for the right of withdrawal to be properly exercised, the returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, must not have been used, must be substantially intact, with original seals and labels not removed, and must have the original wrappings.

Shipping Responsibility:


The responsibility of shipping the returned goods is the responsibility of the customer until we confirm receipt in our warehouse and verify its compliance with the established requirements. Please note that our company is not responsible for theft, loss or damage of returned goods in case of shipments without insurance.

Payments Refunds:


We will make a refund of the price of the product(s) for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal, and, if applicable, the cost of delivery, within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal, or from the date on which we were informed of your wish to withdraw, until we receive the returned goods or you prove that you have shipped them.
N.B.:
Please note that customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal policy


The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions as set forth in Article 67 of the Consumer Code:
If you have received the goods, you are required to return them or make them available to the seller or a person designated by the seller, in the manner and within the time specified in the contract. The time limit for returning the goods shall not be less than fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Goods are considered returned the moment they are delivered to the post office or freight forwarder in charge.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal in the sale of goods, it is essential that the returned goods be substantially intact. It must be returned in perfect condition, must not have been used, and must have the original seals, labels, and wrappers not removed.
The only costs to you for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of this section, the seller is required to refund the amounts you have paid, including amounts paid as a deposit. The refund must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty days from the date the seller received your notice of withdrawal. A refund is considered to have been made within the time period if the amounts are actually returned, mailed, or credited within the time period specified above.
If payment was made by promissory notes and these have not yet been collected, they must be returned. Any agreement limiting the refund of sums paid as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal is void.
If the price of a good or service, which is the subject of a contract in accordance with this Article, is wholly or partially covered by a credit granted to you, the seller, or a third party under an agreement between them, the credit agreement shall be deemed to be terminated without penalty in the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal. The seller has an obligation to notify the third party grantor of credit of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. Any sums paid by the third party grantor of credit for payment of the good or service until he or she has knowledge of your exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be refunded to the third party by the seller, without penalty, subject to accrued legal interest.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal


(Article 55 of the Consumer Code) The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 64 et seq. as well as Articles 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of Article 54 does not apply in the following cases:
Contracts for the supply of food, beverages, or other goods for household use for current consumption, delivered to the consumer’s home, place of residence, or place of business by distributors who make frequent and regular deliveries;
Contracts for the provision of services related to accommodation, transportation, catering, leisure, when the professional agrees to provide such services on a specific date or within a predetermined period.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 64 et seq. in the following cases:

Provision of services the commencement of which takes place, with the agreement of the consumer, before the expiry of the time limit provided for in Article 64, paragraph 1;
Provision of goods or services whose price is linked to financial market fluctuations not controlled by the trader;
Supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods, or goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly;
Provision of medical and surgical supplies;
Provision of sealed audiovisual products or computer software if opened by the consumer;
Supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
Betting and lottery services.

Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site, the Court of Foggia will have jurisdiction.
