An Extraordinary Flavor: Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Peranzana and Rotondella olives
This unique extravirgin olive oil harmonises Peranzana and Rotondella, giving an intense fruity flavour. With an aromatic bouquet rich in artichoke, chicory and thistle, this oil offers an extraordinary complexity of flavours. The persistent bitter and spicy aftertaste underlines its originality, representing the best of Apulian olive-growing in a single product.
Extra virgin olive oil: Rotondella and Peranzana, Treasures of Apulia
The Rotondella olive variety, so named due to the almost spherical shape of its fruits, is widespread in the Province of Salerno. It is believed to have been introduced by the Focesi at Velia between 540 and 546 BC, evidenced by the notable size of the trunks of some plants. This variety is appreciated for its productivity and oil quality. Interesting to note that in the Peranzana plantations, Rotondella contributes to pollination with a presence of 5% – 15%. In the heart of the Capitanata, the prized variety of Peranzana olives grows, imported in 1700 by the De Sangro princes with French origins. It is unique in the region and produces extravirgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Tradition, Quality and Sustainability in Our ExtraVirgin Olive Oil
Traditional Harvesting
In the production of our Multicultivar ExtraVirgin Olive Oil we follow traditional harvesting methods, often carried out manually and with the aid of pneumatic combs to maximize efficiency. Nella produzione del nostro Olio Extravergine di Oliva Multicultivar seguiamo metodi di raccolta tradizionali, spesso effettuati manualmente e con l’ausilio di pettini pneumatici per massimizzare l’efficienza.
Cold pressed extraction
Multicultivar ExtraVirgin Olive Oil, the pride of Puglia, is extracted with the cold method, a mechanical process carried out at temperatures below 27°C. This method is carefully monitored to preserve the highest quality. Thanks to this technique, the organoleptic characteristics of the oil are kept intact, as are the precious minerals, vitamins and antioxidants present in the olives. Cold pressed olives ensures an excellent oil that nourishes and delights the palate.
sustainable quality
Our mission is to produce the highest quality oil, maintaining a constant commitment to sustainability. Every stage of our process follows rigorous standards of excellence, from the careful selection of olives to the scrupulous processing. We invest in research to develop sustainable methods that respect the environment and local agricultural traditions.
Perfect Storage
After opening, carefully seal the can or bottle. Store in a cool environment, away from light and heat. Make sure you maintain a stable temperature (between 15°C and 20°C). Use a non-drip spout and consume within 2-3 months to always enjoy the best olive oil. Purchasing new oil guarantees maximum freshness and flavour, as older oil may lose some of its aromatic and beneficial characteristics over time.
